How it works
Review modes
Two ways to review
Upload 2D drawings or 3D models. Arcloop reads both natively — no conversion needed.
2D Drawings
PDF · PNG · JPG
- Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing extraction
- Cross-view consistency checks
- Surface finish & thread detection
- Critical dimension ballooning
3D CAD
STEP · STL
- Solid geometry & feature recognition
- Wall thickness & draft analysis
- Interference & clearance checking
- Manufacturing route suggestion

Tolerance analysis
Tolerance analysis in your browser
Stack-up calculations run client-side with deterministic math. Zero server round-trips.
WC vs RSS stack-up
Pin-to-pin distance on 4-bore pattern. Nominal 50mm, ±0.02 per bore.
RSS reduces stack by 60% vs Worst Case — tighter tolerances, lower cost.

Shop floor ready
Built for the shop floor
No cloud dependency. Deterministic rules. Output your machinists can trust.
Local processing
Runs entirely in your browser via WebAssembly. Drawings never leave your machine unless you choose to save them to Vault.

Rule library
91 deterministic rules for 3D solids. 254 rules for 2D drawings. Every check is traceable, versioned, and auditable.

Manufacturing route
Auto-suggests CNC machining sequence — facing, roughing, finishing, drilling, tapping — with tool recommendations and time estimates.

Red blocks the build. Yellow slows it. Blue is context.
Vault
Version control for your engineering drawings
Upload revisions. Track changes. Share with suppliers. All in one place.
- Unlimited versions, one drawingEvery revision stays on the same part instead of a new filename.
- Public or private share linksSend a supplier the current rev without an account.
- Per-version revision historyWho changed what, and when — attached to the drawing.
- Works with PDF, PNG, STEP, DWGThe same formats the analysis engine already reads.

Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats does Arcloop accept?
PDF engineering drawings and PNG, JPG, or WebP images up to 20 MB each. Multi-page PDFs are fully supported — every sheet is analysed separately.
How accurate is the analysis?
Arcloop combines a 254-rule deterministic engine with cross-view consistency checks. All findings should be verified by a qualified engineer before manufacturing.
Do you store my drawings?
Uploads are encrypted at rest and used only to generate your review — never to train models. Files needed to produce your report are removed from active storage within 72 hours. Design history is retained per your plan tier (Free 7 days, Starter 30 days, Pro 1 year, Studio 3 years, Enterprise 10 years). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 15 analyses every month — no signup credits needed and no credit card required.
What does the Vault do?
Vault is version control for your drawings. Upload unlimited revisions of the same part, keep a per-version history, and share any revision with a public or private link — no account needed for the recipient. It accepts PDF, PNG, STEP, and DWG.
How do credits work?
One credit reviews one drawing. The Free plan resets 15 analyses each month, and the one-time Starter pack adds 20 credits that never expire. Paid credits never expire on any plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via our payment gateway partner. Payments are processed securely by the gateway — Arcloop never stores your card details.
How long does an analysis take?
Most single-drawing reviews complete in about a minute once the upload finishes; larger multi-page sets take longer. You can follow progress in your dashboard and open completed reports from history.
How do you rank findings?
Every issue is severity-ranked by a deterministic risk model — from Critical (likely to scrap parts or reject at inspection) down to Minor and Info suggestions — so you can fix what matters first.
Do you use my drawings to train models?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and your drawings are used solely to produce your review.
Can my team use Arcloop?
Yes — Enterprise is built for teams with unlimited analyses and a 10-year history window. Head to the pricing page and choose 'Contact sales'.
What is your refund policy?
Purchased but unused credits can be refunded on request within 15 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Every month starts with 15 free analyses on the Free plan. When you need more, the one-time Starter pack adds 20 credits that never expire — grab it from the pricing page.
