Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of Arcloop, a drawing review service operated from India as a sole proprietorship. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Trade Name and Legal Identity

Arcloop is a trade name operated as a sole proprietorship from India. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture.

3. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that you possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. The Service

Arcloop provides automated, rule-based manufacturability review of engineering drawings (DFM pre-check). The Service uploads your drawing, analyses it, and returns a severity-ranked report with annotations. Analysis is performed by automated systems and, where you consent, by third-party processing providers disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your Account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to upload content you do not have rights to share.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or malicious purpose.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits.
  • Resell or offer the Service as your own without written permission.

7. Consent Checkbox

When you upload a drawing you will be asked to accept the analysis consent. The consent checkbox reads: “I confirm I have the right to share this content and I agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.” It also records that your drawing will be processed by our automated analysis systems and, where applicable, by third-party processing providers under the Privacy Policy. You may decline and still use other parts of the Service.

8. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal review purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

9. Free Credits

New accounts receive free credits to try the Service. Free credits are provided at our discretion, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

10. Plans and Credits

  • Plans are billed on a per-credit or subscription basis.
  • One analysis consumes credits at the rate shown at checkout.
  • Unused purchased credits do not expire unless stated for a specific plan.
  • Credit balances are non-transferable between accounts.

11. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by our payment partner Zaakpay. You will be redirected to Zaakpay's secure payment page. We do not store card numbers.

12. Authorization and Charges

By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method. Recurring plans are auto-renewed at the prevailing rate until cancelled. You are responsible for all charges incurred.

13. Order Confirmation

A purchase is confirmed when your payment is approved and your account is credited. You will receive an order reference ID. Cancellation of a pending order is possible only while it remains in a pending state.

14. Pricing and Discounts

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; new prices apply to future purchases only. Discount and promo codes are subject to their stated conditions.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, unused prepaid credits are refundable on request within the stated window; used credits and completed analyses are non-refundable.

16. Intellectual Property

The Arcloop name, logo, interface, reports format, and documentation are the operator's property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted by these Terms or by law.

17. Your Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of the drawings you upload. We process them only to provide the Service to you. Any suggestions or feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the Service.

18. Confidentiality

We treat your drawings and reports as confidential and limit access to what is required to provide the Service. Brainstormed or pre-release features you discuss with us are treated with care but are not legally confidential unless covered by a signed agreement.

19. Service Level and Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or outages. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

20. Beta Features

Features marked as beta or experimental may change or be removed without notice and are provided “as is” with no warranty.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and any report are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Analysis results are advisory and do not replace qualified engineering judgment, review by a licensed professional, or compliance with local codes and standards.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor any provider shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the Service or any report. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your breach of these Terms.

24. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in force.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are currently in draft and may change without notice while the business registers.
